🎭 Introductory workshop evening for a process psychodrama group with Eran Olennik

Many of us are afraid to express our desire to connect, because then we are very vulnerable when others see us without our defenses, when our cards are on the table.

To get closer and truly connect, I must agree to bravely remove my mask and hope that my "true self" is not too disappointing.

In this experiential evening, we will explore what is the mask we wear outwardly and what is it meant to hide? We will explore ways to expand the range of our expression and authentic connection to the environment.

The full group process (12 meetings starting from 25.5) will allow you to:
🔸 Deepen self-awareness through group work
🔸 Get to know the different parts of yourself and examine their influence on you and the environment
🔸 Overcome barriers and practice spontaneous action under guidance Combined tools from psychodrama, group dynamics, IFS, coaching and somatic experience - in a safe space with good eyes and open hearts.
