Over eight unique meetings, each participant will be able to experience a process in a supportive and embracing circle, where we will learn to deal with fears and difficulties, focus on our abilities, and overcome internal barriers.

The goal is to lead you to personal empowerment, to find the strengths within you, and to build self-confidence that comes from a real place and not from fear.

The eight-meeting process circle is intended for those who want to start a real change in their lives, overcome fears, and find their way to empowerment.

It is intended for women who feel that the challenges of daily life have affected their self-confidence.

Through mindfulness, female shamanism, vocal healing, and group processes, we will build together the path to real change.
